Loansachieve Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Loansachieve Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Loansachieve Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Send Us Your Complaint

Email contact@loansachieve.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve things, answer the email and ask us to review it again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
